Technical characteristics:

1. Cabin closed type excavator, with a lockable door, located on the rear of the cabin.

2. Climatic performance: temperature operating range of the excavator:

4. Cabin of the excavator consists of: upper cabin;  lower cabin; platforms with handrails and railing fence on the roof.

5. Construction sites and railing fence is carried out according to the drawings provided by the customer counterparts. Flooring platforms, transitions, footrests should exclude slip, grooved surface must have a height of reef 2,5 mm.

6. Constructed upper and lower collection booths must provide to each other and mounted on a predetermined mounting locations on the excavator.

7. Cabin power frame, decoration, tsvetofakturnoe decision, laying of cable harnesses, home unit designed by the Contractor and crew are allowed to manufacture the prior written consent of the customer drawings.

8. CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS.

Cabin dimensions:

Cabin width 1400 mm

The distance from the seat cushions (in the highest position) to the ceiling of not less than 1500 mm

Width of the door 650 mm

Height of the door 1900 mm

The width of the passage to the seat at least 400 mm

9. Cabin of the excavator driver consists of two welded metal, joined to the mounting bolts.

10. Between the cabins precise positioning should be provided, as well as reduced vibratory loads transmitted to the upper housing from the excavator cab.

11. Steel structures - skeletons is sheathed on the outside of the steel sheets 2.5 mm thick.

The upper cabin additionally has an inner lining thermal insulation material (mineral wool) and decorative coating with insulating properties.

12. On the outer side of the excavator cab it must be fitted with elements to secure sites.

On top of the roof of the cab must be provided footpaths of grooved sheet, provide access to the air conditioner and the wiring on the cab roof and the elements for fixing a handrail fence, which is installed in the installation of the excavator.

13. Glazing of the excavator cabin.

In the frame of the upper and lower enclosures must be provided for the window openings, which are installed in windows (double glazing).

Glass cockpit must be resistant to mechanical stress, and in case of damage not give injuring debris (type glass "triplex").

Glass protected from vibration and secure the glass elements in the window frame should provide a reliable fixing of glass in the window frame and to exclude the possibility of spontaneous loss of the glass under the influence of shaking and vibration.

14. Windscreen made of safety glass of at least 10 mm thick.

15. Provided for easy replacement of glass in the event of damage, thus should be provided free assembly and disassembly of glass.

22. Assistant driver's seat should be placed in the operating section of the upper cabin near the window

23. Wardrobe kit is installed on the left side of the upper cabin of the working chamber.

24. In the living compartment are placed:

- safe-deposit technical documentation (can be installed in the operating compartment);

- refrigerator and microwave oven;

- locker for clothes and personal belongings;

- resting place (sofa 1900h600 mm square);

- folding table for performing household and office needs (eating, holding entries in the journal, and so on. D.).

25. The cabin should be provided for channels, ducts, holes for installation and commissioning of wires and cables. Communications input locations must be protected against the ingress of dust and moisture.

Allowed to lay cables under the car floor, while ensuring easy access to them during operation (easily removable floor panel in the ground wiring pads).

26. Heating system: two heater power up to 1.5 kW, 220 each; *

- two portable heaters, up to 2 kW, 220 each;

- air conditioning capacity of at least 5 kW, 220V;

- air purification system consisting of two SOV-2 plants, located in the operating compartment for the driver's seat on the partition between the compartments (installation SOV-2);

Note. Requirements for the attachment points spotlights and wiring them provides the Customer at the stage of the cockpit design.

28. To reduce the vibration level and the creation of thermal and acoustic comfort in the cabin, the cabin heater must be made of panels with heat- and sound-absorbing material.

Materials for insulation and interior finishes chosen by the Contractor and shall be consistent with the customer at the stage of the cockpit design.

30. Electric cabin, including the electrical circuit arrangement of the wiring, the location and nature of the connection points to mains power cab of the excavator was designed by the Contractor in accordance with the customer's requirements and on the basis of the documentation that the customer sends to the Contractor at the stage of designing the cabin

 31. Packing. Before transporting the cab all the moving glass fasten wooden struts.

Windows and exterior doors, openings for cable entry holes for air exit from the entrance to the air conditioner close wood (plywood) shields.

The hole for fastening housings (external threaded holes) are set screws with washers.
